I composed the soundtrack for "Behind the Dark Curtain" in 2001, the year I directed this experimental short film.
The short film was an adaptation of my short comic of the same name, that I had drawn and sold the year before as part of a comic zine.
The film deals with themes such as imaginary worlds, fear of the unknown, and night obsession.
In the soundtrack, several themes explore the film's action: a theme represents the curtains that are at the center of the film, while another theme illustrates the dark, unknown world that spreads behind them.
The themes battle and intertwine as the main character travels back and forth between the safety of his living room and the unknown worlds that lie "Behind the Dark Curtain".
